Our olive trees are blooming very nicely this spring ... it makes us hope for an abundant harvest in the autumn 🙏🏼

Last year's blossoming was seriously disrupted by a dust storm from the Sahara and an early drought. The picture of the cemetery is shot without any filters. It was quite the eerie day.

A few more soft rains before the summer and some winds blowing away the gluey olive psyllid and we are good to go for more amazing natural olive oil 🫒
