So, what’s the deal with…

So, what’s the deal with all the cold plunging? Well, here are a few of the striking benefits ❄️

• It clears up your mind and makes you happier ... instantly. This is due to a strong release of the hormones noradrenaline (up to +500%) and dopamine (up to +250%). The colder the water the stronger this effect.
